Associate Publisher, Lon Wahlberg, of Beacon Media Inc., welcomed the opportunity to support an event that promotes both community health and education.
“The Pasadena Independent and Beacon Media’s portfolio of media properties are proud to partner with Pasadena Forward for the Silver Anniversary of the PCC 5K,” Mr. Wahlberg commented. “We recognize the importance of being further embedded in the Pasadena community, providing a media platform that will benefit not only this event, but ultimately the Community Education Center and the major programs it provides working adults each semester.”
The PCC 5K presented by Beacon Media, Inc., is open to the public. Registration fees are $25 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under until July 17, after which late charges will apply. Discounted registration rates are available for groups of 10 or more by calling (626) 797-7238. All registered participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt and finisher’s medal.
